All bunnies sold from BAES Buns have a warranty of 72 hours. We will never sell a sick bunny. All bunnies are sold in healthy condition to the best of our knowledge and given 72 hours health guarantee. All bunnies bought from BAES Buns will come with a care package and lifetime support for the life of the bunny. On the day of pickup I will go over a basic health check of the bunny with you before you leave. If a bunny should become ill & die within the first 72 hours, BAES buns will replace the bunny. A picture of proof of the deceased bunny is REQUIRED, no exception. BAES Buns will not refund any money at any time. BAES Buns will only replace the bunny with another bunny of equal or lesser value. Replacement bunnies will be up to the discretion of BAES Buns and must be picked up within 14 days and/or from the next available litter, whichever comes first.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We work on a first come, first serve basis on most cases. If you are looking for something specific, we have a waitlist implemented to make sure you get what you are looking for within our means. Waitlist start when buns are born. To be added to our waitlist you must fill out waitlist application and submit $25 non refundable deposit to secure spot on waitlist. Deposit will be used toward the asking price of the bun.
Once contacted, you will have 24 hours to respond/place a deposit, no exception. After so, the next person in line will be contacted and so on.
Rabbits will be able to leave my property at 8 weeks of age or older. Never, under any circumstances, will a bun be allowed to leave before 8 weeks of age. Buyer has 5 days to pick up the rabbit after it has turned 8 weeks of age or 5 days after the bun has been paid in full if it is an older bun. Full payment is required on buns 8 week of age or older.
Please be considerate of arranged pick up time. I am pretty flexible on pick up time but I will not wait around all day for you to pick up. If you are more than 30 minutes late after our scheduled time, and you have not given me a heads up, our meeting will be rescheduled, and boarding fees will accrue.
Boarding fees will accrue at $5.00 USD per day if prior arrangements haven't been made between buyer and seller and will be due on the day of pick up. If the rabbit is not picked up within 5 days after the initial arranged date, the rabbit will be placed back up for sale with no refund and you will forfeit your deposit if there was one placed.
Please take your purchase seriously. BAES Buns will not exchange or replace your bunny just because you changed your mind and you want a different color, want a different sex, etc. If at any time you feel you cannot care for or no longer want your bun, we will take it back but will not offer any refunds.
All buns are offered as pets only and will not come with pedigrees. If you are interested in a bun for breeding, we require that you be registered as an ARBA Member. There will also be a questionnaire to be filled out before we offer breeding rights on any of our rabbits.
We require a first right of refusal on all our buns. Which means if you no longer want your bun, we will take it back at no money back or the same price you purchase it for if we feel we can use it in our barn.
Refunds will ONLY be reimbursed if the bunny you placed a deposit on passes away for whatever reason within our care. In which case, the buyer will be notified IMMEDIATELY. If you still wish to get another bun, the deposit that was used for the bun that passed away can be transferred to another.
Deposits placed on bunnies are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, so please make sure you are 100% sure on the bunny you want to purchase.
I do not guarantee temperament, show potential, reproduction, breed ability (there are no guarantees that the bunny will breed for you) or quality of their offspring.
We cannot guarantee sex of bun before 12 weeks. Although we try our hardest to sex the babies, there is still room for error if done before 12 weeks of age.

Any evidence of neglect, injury, and/or abuse to the bunny, including heat stroke will void this warranty. We will require a veterinarian report. We are not responsible for any veterinarian bills. Our warranty will be void if the purchased bunny was housed with or transported with any other bunnies or animals from a 3rd party outside of our rabbitry. In addition, the failure to comply with the feeding instruction, and care of your new bunny will also void this warranty.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE/BACK OUT OF A SALE.
If at any time we feel that something doesn’t feel right, we can refuse sale. If a deposit was placed on a bun, it will be refunded ASAP.
Placing a deposit means that you have read this and is now legally binding.
